We all have someone we wish to thank-
for love, for pain, for lessons, for wisdom, for life experiences.

We wouldn't be be who we are without these people-
so thank them.

It doesn't matter if years have passed,
if you cannot for any reason contact them directly.

Speak from the heart.

Thank them.

You may be amazed at how much lighter you'll feel.

A few rules, suggestions & why I created this community:

I created this community because I felt inspired to say thank you.
To those who have effected me, to those who have helped shape my life.
I imagine that if more people could find the will to be courageous
and put their true thoughts out there, there would be less heavy hearts,
less resentment, self-loathe, fear and regret.
If you find yourself unable to speak your mind directly and openly
to those who have left their marks on your life,
thank them in a way that is meaningful to you-
write it here, spread paint onto a canvas.
Perhaps posting here will inspire greater sharing of gratitude in your everyday life.

I wish this to be a revolution-
reaching far beyond the confines of the internet.

but what is this Namaste?

"Namaste is an Indian expression used as a greeting or upon parting,
by putting the palms of the hands together in prayer position.
It means, “I honor the Spirit in you which is also in me.”

This, of course, is also a way of saying,
“I recognize that we are all equal.”

-Deepak Chopra

"I honor the place in you
in which the entire Universe dwells,

I honor the place in you
which is of Love, of Truth, of Light and of Peace,

When you are in that place in you,
and I am in that place in me,
we are One."

-Namaste Yoga

"Everyday, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive,
I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it.
I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others;

I am going to have kind thoughts towards others,
